MONGOLIAN BARBECUE - Chef Staffed Station
Make your own stir-fry! Requires 1 chef for every 30 guests. Your guests walk through a food line where they help themselves from the following uncooked items. They take their creation to the chef’s at the Stir-Fry Station where their food is cooked to order.
